Overview
Lead organizational improvements in the bakery by developing strategies with stakeholders, managing the Org Pillar Team, and ensuring effective communication and execution of plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with IL6S Pillar Leads to create a master plan for the Org Pillar that delivers phase objectives and ensures visibility for progression.
- Establish and develop an Org Pillar Team to deliver objectives in the master plan, providing regular coaching and qualification.
- Set up a PDCA approach to ensure all work processes are progressing as planned and partner with other pillars to deliver key milestones.
- Collaborate with the Regional Org Pillar to achieve key milestones and share best practices across the region.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience with 4+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with PowerBI is a plus.
- Fundamental knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated agility, execution excellence, and problem-solving skills in challenging situations.
