Administrator Leave Specialist - Temporary Assignment (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and transactional support for Leave of Absence programs across the health system.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry, reporting, time tracking, payment processing, and record maintenance.
• Support leave administration activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from colleagues, leaders, Human Resources partners, and vendors in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive colleague and manager experience throughout the leave process.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Human Resources, leave administration, payroll, or a related administrative function.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HR and business systems, including: Workday UKG /Kronos Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Microsoft Teams
• Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
